FULL BIOGRAPHY
Tracy joined the IWM Team in 2017 initally working on the Marketing side before transitioning to Director of Client Services and COO. The heart of her work lies in the stories and milestones of each client — helping them celebrate retirements, embark on their long-dreamed-of trip or finally make room for new adventures. Every day, she ensures clients know they’re not just numbers; they’re part of something meaningful, seen and cared for throughout every step of their journey.
She graduated from the University of Akron with a Bachelors Degree in Interior Design; and later earned her CFP® at American University. She stays current with her life and health insurance licenses, always looking out for the details that matter most.
In her free time, Tracy is an avid runner and enjoys her Saturday morning runs with friends. She also enjoys travelling to visit her 2 daughters in Florida and Chicago!
